Tired of Farming Gold
Hey guys,
Ok, one of the things I hate more than anything is farming gold. It gets in the way of leveling new characters, raiding, and PVP (basically it gets in the way of the fun stuff). That’s why I wanted to show you guys this site I came across tonight. If you hate farming gold, then Click Here and check it out…you can’t afford to miss it.

Rogue Leveling Newsletter Update
Hey guys,
Kibby Here!
I’ve been very busy lately and have neglected Rogue-Leveling-Guide.org. But no more! Spring break is coming up and you know what that means?
More time to play World of Warcraft. I’ve got some ideas for the first few issues of the newsletter…also got some awesome new software that’s going to help me make better videos.
But here’s what I want from you guys…
I need to know what you all want to hear/learn about in the Rogue leveling Guide newsletter. Do you want to know more about raiding/PVP/leveling/specs? You tell me. You can either contact me at wow.rogue.pro@gmail.com or you can simply scroll down to the bottom of this post and leave me a comment. (I moderate all comments because of spam, so it might take a couple of hours for your comment to show).
I want to know what you want to learn about. I’m really thinking about putting a package together that covers all the rogue basics (like rotations, specs, poisons, what addons are best, and basic leveling/PVP/instance strategy). Would this be something you all want to see.
Let me know!
Oh, and if you’re tired of leveling and want to be 80 this decade…check out this Rogue Leveling Guide. Trust me, it’ll make a difference in your leveling experience.
Using Your Rogue Cooldowns Properly – Playing Your Rogue Smart While Leveling
Kibby Here.
I wanted to post today to talk about something.
And that’s using your cooldowns. I see rogue’s who don’t use their cooldowns. That’s the whole point of our class! We are a “cooldown” (not just cool) class. What that means is, our dynamic design is built around powerful abilities that have a reset timer. In English that means…the rogue is worthless without abilities like:
- Evasion
- Sprint
- Vanish
If you’re combat spec…which you should be if you’re leveling…you have even more awesome cooldowns: Adrenaline Rush, Blade Flurry, Killing Spree.
See what I’m getting at now? Our class is built around using these abilities, and using these abilities OFTEN.
If you ever find yourself in a bind while leveling (or in an instance), don’t be afraid to blow through all 3 of your main CD’s. And one last bit of advice is to use them early. Sometimes early is all you get. If you happen to pull agro in a group, that mob will most likely one shot you before you get a chance to vanish. So use your vanish early. The same goes for Evasion when soloing mobs (if your health gets lower than 50% use your evasion!) and sprint to get away or in PVP.
If you want more Leveling check out this Rogue Leveling Guide. I trust idemise, because for years they’ve proved to be the fastest and most helpful leveling guide I’ve used to level tons of characters to 80.
Combined with the Rogue’s natural leveling speed, you can hit 80 in about 7-8 days…unbelievable, but it’s possible if you play efficiently and have good leveling paths.
Also, make sure you sign up for the Rogue Leveling Newsletter that I’m working on. It’s free, and will have tons of Help/Tips/Tricks/Hints/Strategies to teach you how to play a bad@$$ rogue. Click Here

Great Rogue Leveling Keybinding Advice
Hey everyone, Kibster here!
I thought I’d make a post today with some suggestions on keybindings to use while leveling your Rogue. Now, if you already use keybindings that you like, just ignore this (these are what I use).
Well, if you’re following my advice then you’re going to be a combat Rogue…no doubt about that. Remember what I said in some previous posts: Combat is the fastest leveling spec and definately the best route to go while making your way to 80.
I like to keybind Sinister Strike to my #1 key. You’ll be spamming them ability more than anything. Lol, you should see my number 1 key on my keyboard. It’s basically worn out (remember I’ve been playing WOW for almost 6 years!).
I like to keybind Eviscerate to my #2 key and Cheapshot to my #3 key. You could reverse it, but I just got used to it this way.
Finally make sure you put Stealth on one of your keys (I use #4). You will want to make sure it’s there so as soon as you get out of combat you can stealth. And lastly, put Slice and Dice as #5.
That’s really the only keybindings you “need”. Others you can add and I suggest it, but if you are just starting to use keybindings (I was a clicker for a loooong time) then work with these first to get used to them. Some good additions are:
Vanish, sprint, kidney shot. I don’t like to keybind cooldown abilities (like Adreniline Rush, Blade Flurry, and Killing Spree).
If you want some more Rogue advice, don’t forget to sign up for my Rogue Newsletter (which will be released very shortly) or check out this Rogue Leveling Guide (it costs a little bit of money, but it really speeds up questing with an awesome automated in-game mod).
It’s New It’s Awesome! Rogue Leveling Newsletter Coming Soon!
Hey guys,
I started this project less than a month ago with a single little video and blog hoping to give people good advice for leveling their rogues. But I’ve been getting an astonishing amount of messages and comments with questions, thanks, and all kinds of cool ideas.
So I’ve decided to really ramp this whole thing up and start writing a bi-weekly or monthly rogue leveling newsletter! It’s going to be absolutely free to join and once every week or two I’ll be dropping a cool email in your inbox full of Rogue tips, advice, hints, tricks, things you can really use while leveling (and even at level 80 while instancing) to become a better rogue and better player.
Just enter your name and email in these two boxes and be on the lookout for your first edition of the Rogue Leveling Guide newsletter!
Also…I’m going to be releasing alot of new videos really soon (just got to get through some college exams, hehe), so be on the lookout on my youtube channel: Rogue Leveling Videos
